Warm congratulations to our PhD student Lauren Christie, who will be giving a paper at the 14th International Gothic Association Conference: ‘Gothic Hybridities: Interdisciplinary, Multimodal and Transhistorical Approaches’, held at Manchester Metropolitan University (July 31st-Aug 3rd) this year. Her paper is entitled: ‘Under the Bed: The Gothic Presence in Children’s Literature’.
